Vics – the place for dance music
This is the club for dance music in Beijing. Situated just opposite Mix inside the Worker’s Stadium it has long been a competitor of its larger neighbour (though in recent times Mix has been attracting the majority of the hip hop crazy locals).
Vics offers a good mix of reggae, r’n’b, pop and some hip hop. Ladies night on a Wednesday is a big favourite with the local foreigners and the club recently won the award for “The Best Place To Find A Date” in the ThatsBj 2006 Reader Bar and Club Awards.
