The Tree
Originally called The Hidden Tree and existing in the now demolished Sanlitun South Street (the northern end of this road is still very much there and as full of bars as always) this bar has tried it’s best to recreate the tuscan atmosphere of the old bar, but now tucked behind the Poacher’s youth hostel off Sanlitun Beijie. (see map sections)
Fortunately The Tree’s wood-fired pizzas are every bit as good as those served at its predecessor and are easily the tastiest in Beijing. This bar’s other attraction is its wide variety of Belgian beers on sale.
